 Diary Post - What happened in the Term 3 Holidays of 2021?

What has happened in the Term 3 holidays 2021? I have had an interesting experience. We've had holidays in lock-down, but we have been in lock-down for so long, it just feels like another day. I get up, get ready for the day, clean up, go on my chrome-book, go outside, read a book, play with my brother, eat, watch a movie and go to sleep. Every now and then we change the day up, but it's turned into a routine by now. It's not that interesting, but we did do a few things that spiced our holidays up a bit.

We are in the season of spring, and it's cold some days, rainy others, but it's mostly very hot. Since we can't go to the pools and at the beach we have to social distance, we play with our water guns. Filling up a bucket of water and having a water gun fight, is entertaining for a good amount of time. Sometimes we even have fun with bubbles and have a "bubble fight".

Even thought we have to social distance at the beach, we have still had a few visits. Going to the beach is a fun and refreshing experience. We went in the last week of holidays on a Saturday. At the beach we built sandcastles, played in the water, looked for shells and looked for crabs when it was low tide. It was lot's of fun and we even went for a few walks/bike rides to and from the beach.

I have been blogging in the holidays. From the 1st to the 9th I did a flower summary every day. Talking about the meaning of the flower and a fact about the flower. I have also started a small series about May Jones.

Apart from that there has been nothing else that I have done. Having Holidays in lock-down is very stressful, but it's great just staying home all day.
