May Jones #2 - A Job Gone Wrong/Backstory #1

This is a new series that I will be working on. I got the idea to start a series from my friend Aye, be sure to check out her "Midnight Killer" series. This is a story about May Jones (The protagonist) and Hector Noris's (secondary character) Backstory part 1 . Read on to find out more! May Jones - A job gone wrong/The Back Story #1

“Grab your guns, the target is half an hour away.” May Jones was a spy, working for a secret organisation trying to take down the FBI. The target they were talking about was Hector Noris. He was a key asset at the FBI, and May and her team were about to eliminate him.

May was the one who was going to eliminate the target. She had to do it fast because Hector was heading into work also known as the FBI office. Her team was surrounding the building posing as savilians. May had never seen Hector in real life, so she always had his file/profile in handy.

10 minutes passed and May kept an eye out, one of her allies spoke to her on the walkie talkie. “Hector is in the building, I repeat Hector is in the building!" - “What do you mean he’s in the building?! He was only supposed to be outside the building!”

May had eyes everywhere including her own, so she didn’t know how Hector slipped past her and her team. “Who knows what Hector looks like?!” May wanted an answer to why he was in the building, and she wanted it now. “I do, boss!”- “Who is this talking?” May had suspicion in her voice, because she had never heard this voice before. “U-Umm Oli-ver Garci-a.” - “Take him out!” May knew he was a mole because only she was supposed to know what Hector looked like. When Hector slipped past her and her team she knew something was up. In this case the mole knew the plan all along, so he made a fake profile so May and her team wouldn’t know who Hector was.

All of a sudden FBI agents swarmed outside of the building. “We’ve got trouble! Abort Mission, I repeat, Abort Mission!” May was not in the mood to have a whole movie scene, but it seemed like the FBI was. “Boss, we can’t get a clear path of the getaway vehicle!” - “Go without me!I’ll hold them off for a while!” May was ready to sacrifice her whole life for her team. The first gunshot had been fired, but it was just Oliver Garcia being taken out. “We can’t go without you boss!” Her team was loyal, but May knew what had to be done. “It’s not a request, it’s an order!” Her team started moving while also firing gunshots. It wasn’t long before some of the FBI agents were taken out.

Everyone of her team had made it out alive, but May was still there fighting for her life. She heard the voice of an FBI agent, “Go Hector! Take your team and arrest her! Do whatever it takes!” May knew she had to go but how? She decided to take her chances, she took a few more shots before heading to her vehicle. May sped off, but so did Hector and his team. This was a job gone wrong…
