Cultural Patterns

This term we have been learning about different art designs from 5 different pacific country's. We have drawn little panels and found out what the designs mean. I hope you enjoy while learning something new!

Tongan panel

  

This is my fourth panel for this term! It is about Tonga, there are 4 very important panels in Tonga. So we put 4 panels on our artwork sating what is most important to us. I chose the eagle because I believe that I have a lot of confidence. I chose the flower because I like to think I am the central beam of my family (the one that holds it all together).
