Dear   Jessica  ,

Hi my name is Kiarah I go to Pt England School my teacher is Miss Davis, I love reading, I have a friend called Angelica. I am 7 years old and I am a year three. I am so excited because I am writing to you.

I live with my mum dad and brother  my  brother is so annoying because he always starts fights with me. I love my dad,mum and brother because they are so nice and they always surprise me I am so lucky.

My favourite healthy foods are sushi and chocolate.  My favourite healthy food is sushi because it is so good and delicious and plus they make it so perfectly . I love chocolate to, I love chocolate because it is so yum my favourite is caramel chocolate.

This term we are learning about planet earth and beyond that means earth and other planets. The first activity we did was about our reading group because our reading groups are planets. The activity was you make a poster about our planet my planet was Neptune.  We had  to draw a flag, draw the planet, explain  what our flag stands for and  3 facts about the planet.

My favourite outdoor activity is basketball my favourite sports is batmentin what is your favourite sport ? Did  you know that I play   netball for my school do you play any sports ?

season dictation

Seasons are caused because of the Earths position with the sun. The Earth travels around the sun in an orbit once a year. As the Earth orbits the sun the amount of sunlight each place on the planet gets every day changes slightly. This change causes the seasons. We divide the year into four seasons spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each season lasts three mounts summer being the warmest season, winter being the coldest and spring and autumn lying in between. The seasons have a lot of in pact on the Earth.
