May Jones #1 - The encounter with Hector Noris - Series Starter

This is a new series that I will be working on. I got the idea to start a series from my friend Aye, be sure to check out her "Midnight Killer" series. This is a story about May Jones (The protagonist) and Hector Noris (secondary character). Read on to find out more! Be sure to stay tuned for the next story, which will reveal their backstory and much more information.

May Jones - The encounter with Hector Noris

(Starting of the series)

May Jones had always loved noisy Chicago with its tall buildings. It was a place where she felt as if she belonged.

May Jones was a charming, brave, coffee drinker with brunette hair and aqua blue eyes. That's the sort of woman she was, although she was also a wanted criminal. She had done unspeakable things in her past. Her present wasn’t going too well either.

May lived in a small apartment which faced more apartment complexes. She walked over to the window of her apartment and reflected on her surroundings outside of the window. The rain was loud as if bricks were falling to the ground.

May glanced at the street and saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Hector Noris. Hector was an arch nemesis of May and an ex lover. He was a smart saint (FBI Agent) with Brown Skin and a Handsome face. Hector travelled to Chicago a month ago when he found out May was “missing”. She was really on the run.

May gulped. She was not prepared for Hector. She hadn't seen him in at least 3 months, she still loved him, but knew what had to be done. May waited thinking of a plan. Then Hector stared right at her. He was coming for her...

May ran outside with the closest thing to her. A book. She stepped outside her apartment on the first floor and Hector was standing right there. He came closer, she could see the cunning smile on his face.

Hector glared with all of his focus on her. He said, in hushed tones, "You betrayed me, and I’m here to get revenge." A tear trickled down his cheek.

May looked back, even more anxious, still holding the bendy book. She knew Hector didn’t care if she still loved him. He wanted revenge and he was going to try with all his might to get it. It’s worth a try, she thought. "Hector, I still love you and I thought you loved me too..," she replied.

They looked at each other with different feelings. May thought that maybe Hector did still love her. Hector opened his mouth, “Well you were wrong…”

Suddenly, Hector lunged forward and tried to punch May in the face. Quickly, May grabbed the bendy book and brought it down on Hector's skull.

Hector's lips trembled and his eyes wobbled. He looked blank, his emotions raw like a freshly cut wound.

Then he let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the ground. Hector Noris was dead.

She walked away going back into her apartment. May threw the book on the ground. She picked up the phone and dialled 911. “ A man has collapsed on the floor! In apartment complex 3 floor 1. Please hurry!” May was a great actress, she even added in a few sobs at the end. Walking to the kitchen counter top she looked for her coffee mug. Then starting making herself a cup of coffee.

A fabric bag was placed over her head, she let out a scream and elbowed whoever was behind her. “I told you, I was here to get REVENGE.” No it couldn’t be. Hector Noris, was dead...
