This is the first activity for the SLJ! The special activity this time is Poetry Slam, in this slide we stated a few things that we like about summer, and our favourite words. Throughout the whole of summer I will be doing this, so make sure to check those out! Enjoy :)

It is awesome to see some of your favourite things to do in summer and a lot of them are the same as mine. I love swimming at the beach and watching the sunset if I can manage to wake up that early! Have you been able to visit the beach yet this summer?
Your inspiration words are awesome and very creative. How would you use them to create slam poetry? Maybe you could try and write a slam poem and share it on this blog post.
